A fun and supportive style of yoga that uses aerial hammocks to bring your yoga and movement practice into the air while feeling grounded and centered! Poses will be done with the support of the hammock in various positions in order to help you sink into poses, find proper alignment naturally, strengthen through deeper ranges of motion and reap the benefits of inversions without strain on the joints of the body (inversions are optional).
Safety is always the primary focus. No aerial, acrobatic, dance, or yoga experience required.
Space is limited, therefore you will need to pre-register to reserve your hammock.
