This workshop is a donation based class with all donations going directly to WISE in support of Domestic Abuse Awareness Month. I will also donate $3 for every person who attends.
Safety in our home and in our body is of utmost importance for vitality, health, and wellness. In this workshop you will be led through a variety of breathing practices, gentle movements, and supported poses in an attempt to bring more calm and safety to your mind, body, and breath.
