What I Do

Using a foundation of regulation and grounding practices, I encourage growth through embodied movements and holistic healing to further integrate the whole Self.

what does working with me look like?…

Embodiment practices can vary by individual, but should always align with what is best for your personal path to well-being.

The foundation of my work, regulation and grounding practices, is comprised of breath work, mobility assessments, core alignment and community connection. Upon this we build with embodied movement and self-care healthcare practices to further integrate the mind, body and Self. Overall, progress matters more than perfection or achievement.

My teaching style is personal and intentional, inviting you to connect with your mind, body and breath. Through curiosity, non-judgment and self-discovery, I aim for each class or session to leave you feeling renewed and expanded.
