1:1 Sessions
Currently the bread and butter of Erin McCabe Wellness, these sessions look and feel similar to personal training or physical therapy. Individuals work directly with Erin in studio or virtually on Zoom, receiving customized movement regimes, including personal support, guidance and cues. Session content and frequency are unique as well, further supporting your own goals and abilities.
Private Group Sessions
In small groups of two to four people, Erin McCabe Wellness offers personal support and wellness community together in one place. Private to those selected and consented into the group, these sessions create a safe space for participants to share, move and breathe, ultimately healing and growing both their physical and mental health. Groups can meet in person in the studio or virtually on Zoom.
Virtual courses
With the use of the online platform Thinkific, Erin McCabe Wellness shares on demand courses. Available wherever and whenever you have space, time and wifi, these courses offer extensive information in video, audio and written content. Purchase once and have lifetime access: move through the lessons at your own pace and return to them whenever you’d like.
