1:1 Sessions

Work directly with Erin in the studio or virtually, receiving customized movement regimes, personal support, guidance and cues. Content and frequency are as unique as you, further supporting your own goals and abilities. This may feel akin to personal training or physical therapy.

 

Private Group Sessions

Erin can also offer small group sessions, of two to four people, creating personal support and wellness community together in one place! Groups can meet in person in the studio or virtually on Zoom.

Virtual Courses

Using the platform Thinkific, Erin McCabe Wellness shares virtual offerings available wherever and whenever you have space, time and wifi. These courses present extensive information in video, audio and written content. Prenatal Prehab

Pregnancy is a time of constant change; this can often lead to ebbs and flows of aches, stiffness, cramping or pain. Use this series based course to address, and hopefully prevent, some of the most common areas of issues for a pregnant person.

Perfect to reference throughout a pregnancy, in real time whenever a need comes up.

Community Calendar

Even if we aren’t working together directly in the studio, you can still find me at community occasions and collaborations! These events offer an incredible opportunity for me to work with the community, and vice versa, often in environments where participant payment is not necessary.
